
PartsSource wins Pillar Award for Community Service
PartsSource, the nation’s leading supplier of replacement medical repair parts for hospital equipment has been recognized as a 2007 Pillar Award winner for community service. The Pillar Award is given to companies that have distinguished themselves through leading by example, volunteerism and improving the quality of life for others.
“My initial vision for PartsSource was that of company that would use its resources to help people around the world receive better health care” said President & CEO A. Ray Dalton. “While I am incredibly proud of our revenue and employee growth over the past six years I am even more proud that we’ve done it while maintaining a corporate culture that encourages giving back to those less fortunate. We do it as a company and we do it as individuals and we do it every day” said Dalton.
PartsSource has been the recipient of multiple local, regional and national awards for growth, community service and profitability over the past five years. PartsSource was ranked the #1 company in Northern Ohio on the prestigious Weatherhead 100 for 2006 in addition to being placed on the Inc Magazine 500 in 2006 and 2007. President and CEO A Ray Dalton was given the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award by the accounting firm of Ernst & Young for 2004 and also published his inspirational autobiography; “Proceed with Confidence” in 2005.
