PartsSource given 2008 “World Class Customer Service” award for second straight year
PartsSource, the nation’s leading supplier of replacement medical repair parts for hospital equipment, has won its second straight “World Class Customer Service” award for Northern Ohio. This year recognized PartsSource for its Service Brand Promise and its ability to consistently meet or exceed customer’s expectations in part procurement. The award was hosted by Smart Business magazine which further honored PartsSource’s President and CEO A.Ray Dalton by making him the cover story for June’s edition.
